Dr. Tina Yoo is supremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, gentle, caring, cutting edge, and generally unmatched in her ability and expertise. I became her patient by default when my previous dentist sold her practice, and I can't believe my extraordinarily good fortune at landing in Dr. Yoo's proverbial lap! Serenity Dental lives up to its name without remainder. Any fears or worries about my middle-aged mouth that I bring to her office Dr. Yoo assuages completely. I've never trusted a dentist with my teeth--or my whole self, really--so much before. Dr. Yoo is simply magnificent! And her whole staff is a pleasure to interact with. The office technology is as up to date as the dental tech, making everything that happens at Serenity Dental take a mind-boggling fraction of the time it takes anywhere else, from initial scheduling and insurance processing to a hyper-efficient crown procedure that takes two hours total by some miracle! While she and her team can accomplish so much so nimbly and accurately, Dr. Yoo has wells of patience for her patients. I speak from the experience of a nervous one myself, who’s currently undoing the troubling dental work I’ve had done to me in the past—I mean that physically and emotionally. In short, I’m not easy. But Dr. Yoo has never made me feel like my mouth and I are too difficult or time-consuming to be gently, masterfully attended by her. She has taken my calls after hours, made room for me in a calendar crammed full of appointments, and made sure I’m never left to worry or suffer with a pressing dental concern. She’s exceedingly generous and full of grace. And I’m exceedingly lucky to have her looking after my mouth and face!
